At the same time the Hydro Electric Centrals are used to warn people before the plant starts to work
The desired message can be uploaded.
It works via radio frequency modems.
It does not need a cable line. Thanks to the PC program installed in the control center
all alert units can be remotely managed wirelessly.
All stations can work with solar panels and batteries.
